Outlook 2003: Test completed but can't send or recieve emails

    Dear all,

    I set an MS Outlook account; Did the test through the Test Settings, Tests completed.

    Tried to send a mail; couldn't.
    Tried to recieve; couldn't.

    Pls advise

    Double click on the Error Icon in the lower right hand corner. Post or Google the error messages.

    I'll check the error message again within 24 hours; don't have the desktop now.

    OK, let us know. Without an error message we can only guess, and that's not very useful.
