[Outlook 2003 sends mail, but does not receive]

hi

i am having a weird problem wiht my outlook 2003 in which i can send e mail but i can t recive it just show like the sending is completed and in recieveing it shows this msg


Task "hotmail:folder:inbox syncronizing headers. "reported error(ox800ccccf7) : "this server reponded "this operationis not permitted for this slient.

kindly anyone give me the solution for that i am trying to use my personal hotmail email on outlook 2003 i will waiting for ur help
