Outlook 2003 .pst files to Outlook Express v6

    I need to export from Outlook some folders using .pst format. I then want to import these into Outlook Express. How can I acheive this.
    If this is not possible, what outer mail client can be used (Thunderbird?).
    Do I need to convert .pst file to another format, if so - how?
    Do I need a local installation of Outlook to import into Outlook Express on new pc?

    Is there any other things who needs to be considered?

    In OE, click on File->Import->Mesdsages and select Outlook.
