    Hello there,

I am the IT support in an office of 20. Every user is using Outlook 2003 SP2.

2 of the users have the following problem:

In this case the form is just a template e-mail which they can re-call and re-use over and over. Once the template of the email has been completed you can usually go to the options menu > forms > publish form as.

However for these 2 users the > forms option isnt present. I have looked everywhere from customising the toolbar/menu's and have figured out that if you send the email to the users email address then the form option is present and you can publish it as a form. - However the problem with this is that when that form is used, a copy is not saved in the sent items!!

    Any ideas??

    Many thanks.

    Will

Thanks for tha Arie, I did learn some new things there, but it wasn't relevant to the problem i'm getting.

It is more of an application problem, the 'forms' option within the menu is simply not there.
