    Two questions:
How do you take the contents of a personal folder and send it as an attachment?

Is it possible to backup your personal folders to your local hard drive if you are a MS Exchange client and the default location of your folders are on the Exchange server?

    Thanks in advance.

    Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

    1. I just hightlighted a dozen emails in the list - selected FILE ->SAVE AS and was able to save as a text file...It's near as pretty as the original mails but a lot faster then clicking the forward button.

    2. Pretty sure you can't do this unless you're sitting at the server.
