Recently, when click on an obvious hyperlink in an Outlook 2003 message, I get an error message:

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator ".

Well, I AM the system administrator, and I have no idea what is generating this message, as I have made NO known changes to any settings in Outlook that would cause this - at least none that I'm aware of. I don't even know where one would make such settings. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
