I have been having two problems with my Outlook, the 2003 version. First, whenever I start a new mail message, my signature isn't the same as what I'd set it to. It's work-related, so there are 5 lines of text, all in 10 point Arial, but the top line always changes to 12 point Times New Roman. I've verified that it's all set as 10 point Arial in both my signature and also my font on the stationary I've got set up.

In addition, as soon as I start typing it's always blue. I've checked the font colour settings in my signature, the stationary settings, etc, but they're all set to Black. I have no idea where else to look, I've gone through every tab without any luck!

It's getting to be a real pain to have to re-format the text colour, size, and font for every email. I could really use a hand!

    Thanks for your time,
    Amanda

    Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

I too use 2003...I type my signature in Word and set all the fonts/colors etc and then paste in into Outlooks signature section.

Not a bad idea. If I can't find another solution, it would definitely be worth the extra few seconds to avoid this annoyance! Thanks!

Well, it's no longer an issue anyhow. They've upgraded my computer, and on the new system the signature and font works like it's supposed to. Maybe it was just a random possession on my old system!
