Outlook 2003 Doen't move files, it copies them.

    I have several rules to sort all incoming messages into a number of sub-folders. Instead of moving the messages, it leaves the original in the inbox and creates a copy in the sub-folder.

    I've checked all of the rules and they say "move ", not "copy ".

    What am I missing?

    Howdy Neighbor - Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

    There's an Rule option to Move and another one to "Move a Copy." Might want to double check it...
