Outlook 2003 closes on its own.

I am running Windows XP on my work computer using office 2003 (SP3 I think). Outlook pulls my email from an exchange server. My email stays on the server. This problem started a few weeks back, and I have no idea why.

The problem is any time I open outlook it starts to fetch all my new mail. Sometime during this funcion the program closes on its own. No error or warning.

I have tried to remove all files that I know are used by outlook. I have deleated my account and created a new one. I also have removed office and reinstalled it from our Enterprise software server.

Now I can access my email on my iPhone, and any other computer I log into so I know it is something specifically wrong with my PC.

Any advice would be appreciated.

 

You could be having a problem with your profile.Are you in a Domain environment? If you are, have an admin delete your profile on the pc and restart it. It would be best to save all your data on your profile first.
