Outlook 2002 - "Enter Network Password" box on receiving email

Every time I download emails using Microsoft Outlook 2002 I keep getting a box coming up called "Enter Network Password" so I enter a tick in the box, (as it is unticked) to remember the password and a few seconds later it pops up again with the tick missing.

All of the other information in the box as shown in the following list is correct:

Server
User Name
Password ********

Anybody any ideas?
