    Hello again,

In Microsoft Outlook 2000, when I select HELP and then MICORSOFT OUTLOOK HELP, a grey, empty box opens on the right side of my monitor. I'm sure this is because I removed HELP files at some point, but I've re-installed Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business completely... Any ideas?

The reason I was looking in HELP was to see if there is a limit on file sizes or on the number of files you can send as an attachment. My wife sent a .zip file containing 6 jpg pictures and Outlook just sat in the "Sending" mode. The file was never moved from the OUT box, but there is a copy in SENT ITEMS, and she did receive the .zip file, but with only 4 of the pictures. I opened the .zip file and it did contain 6 photos.

Thanks again. Btw, I have Windows ME.
    (There's the problem/answer?!)

Just a note, I now see this is the case with HELP in ALL my MS Office 2000 Apps.

Have you tried looking for a solution in the Help Files? ;)

    Maybe this will help.
