How do you block junk email senders in Outlook 2000? I have found an option to add someone to a Junk Senders list where their email are moved to a Junk folder. I would prefer to not receive their email in the first place (like Block Sender in OE).

You can do with a rule but probably not if you use the "template" option. Click on the "start from a blank rule" block.

If you need help with rules in general, post back. Otherwise, you can simply set up a rule where the specific words = the sender's address (or just the @domain.name if you want) and pick "permanently delete" as the option. This bypasses the "deleted items" folder and just blows it away.

No way I know of to block it/kill it at the server with Outlook but with the above, you won't have to look at it.
