I have finally changed my screen resolution to 1024x768 and have been able to modify the view of most programs for a slightly larger font.

In Outlook 2000 I can customize the font view for an individual folder, and also create a "New View" in the define views menu with the font size I like, but cannot figure out how to apply this globally to all folders and sub folders.

I realize I can open the view of every sub-folder and change it to my new view, but I have about 50 folders - Does anyone know a way to apply these globally?

    Thanks,

    Rob Frais

Don't have 2000 to play with but 2002 and hopefully the mechanism will be the same.

Try highlighting your mailbox rather than any of the folders and changing the view from there. It should apply to all the sub-folders under the mailbox.

    Tried that

    I did try this.

It is weird as some subfolders have changed and some have not, appears quite random as I have some trees where the original subfolder doesn't change, but some of the sub-sub folders have.

Looks like I will have to go manually through every folder.

Dang - sorry to hear that. It certainly should have worked.
