Outlook 07- setting up a appointment and the reminder shows up a day late

    I'm using Outlook 2007 and when this user sets up a meeting appointment with a time / date, he gets reminded a day later.
    His Pc's time / date settings are set correctly.
    Any ideas of what to try to fix this.
