So if you go to the Instant Search options, there's the checkbox about included Deleted Items in the search. This has never been checked on my machine.

What used to happen, is (for example) I would search for "EOB" and select All Items, and get everything from Calendar, Sent, and Inbox. If I pressed [Del] on one of said found items, it would dissapear from the list a moment after Outlook dropped it into Deleted Items.

Now, when I delete a message / item per above, the list does not change at all -- the item is moved to Deleted Items but stays in the Search Results list. I can't have this functioning this way. Google is not helpful and like I said the Outlook option(s) that should work, do nothing.

    Ideas?

Well it's a work-around at least...... if I Sort By: Folder and Show In Groups, I can get back pretty much the same functionality, just with a different display. Wierd.
