In Device Manager I am getting a Yellow Question Mark by Other Devices and that folder has yellow question marks by PCI Device and PCI Serial Port.
I tell both items in the Other Devices to update the driver and the computer can't find the drivers and I have tried my motherboard disk and the disk for Windows 2000 Pro and it can't find the drivers it wants on the two disks. Now my computer is working find and I don't see anything wrong. What do I do about these questions marks? Should I be concerned?

Sounds like you have a serial port card in your machine that hasnt got drivers loaded for it. Open your box, and carefully remove any cards with serial ports on it, and restart you PC. If what you saw before is gone, that was it, and if you wish to use this piece of hardware, you will need to get a driver for it, by going to its manufacturer's website. The maker and model should be on the card itself. You can also try searching at say Google, for the model with the word driver in the search. See how this goes.

A good way to find a driver for one of the many "anonymous" cards is to type into Google the FCC number printed on the card. That'll take you to the right place on the FCC website, from which you can identify the manufacturer and part number corresponding to that FCC number. Then you can follow Dez's advice.

Yes what B said is also good, a FCC ID search is good if you cannot ID the device. All hardware will have a FCC ID on it somewhere by law.

A site i use a lot for finding drivers, also lets you do FCC searches. Here is the address. Good Luck!
