    Where can I find this program.Its not on my computer or on my W 2000 Office CD?

    Osp.msi is a "system update" file for Office.
    What version of office are you using?
    What where/are you doing when you get prompted for this file?

    I am running Microsoft 2000 Premium The number 9.0.2720 is also displayed (version ?)
    Comes up when I start up or when using Windows Explorer.
