option to upgrade not available because setup could not load F:\i386\WINNTURG\NETUPGR

    XP won't install
    "option to upgrade not available because setup could not load F:\i386\WINNTURG\NETUPGRD.DLL "

    Is that because you need to install online,to download set up file from web?

    or because you cannot install from WK2 ?
