    My system (Windows 98) is on the down low... Error msg: Operating System not found on any devise..." I tried the start up disk, to no avail. HELP!!! WHAT CAN i DO???

    You are in trouble.
    Try running scandisk from the boot floppy and use the option to do a full surface scan.
