Opening Website in IE causes System Crash

    I connect to the Internet with Dial Up Networking, then when I open a website in Internet Explorer my system crashes and I get a BSOD stating IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0xA) but my Dial Up Networking still keeps going until I restart my computer.

    I would appreciate any suggestions of how to solve this.
