Opening Old Oe 5.0 Dbx Files

I have about 50+ OLD .dbx files from several old laptops which I have copied to a new folder on my PC. I need to be able to SEARCH and OPEN these databases, and cannot figure out how to do this with OE 6.
I have tried using the IMPORT function with OE6 but because some of the OLD .dbx files have the same name as my current folders, I don't want to import those and overwrite my current folders. There are too many folders to rename all of them, and they are from 50+ different USER ID's !
All of the old .dbx folders were created in Outlook Express 5.0, so I have multiple duplicate file names [eg: Inbox, Sent, Customers, Deleted, Drafts, etc]. * THERE ARE ALSO OLD NETSCAPE MAIL FOLDERS ~ ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO OPEN THESE, TOO WOULD BE FANTASTIC *
Any ideas on how to SEARCH and OPEN and VIEW OLD mail folder content, either with OE 6.0 or a 3rd party software. Freeware would be great, if possible.
