With my older 4.75 Netscape, pretty much any attachment would open if I just clicked it. With 7.02, that's not happening.

How do I set up 7.02 to open common attachments like .jpg's by just clicking them?

    Thanks again for your help.

Maybe a little more information would help get you an answer:

Have you tried sending yourself an e-mail with a .jpg file attachment that you know is good? When you receive your own e-mail with the attached .jpg:

-Can you see the jpg in the e-mail body?
-Can you double-click the jpg attachment and have it open in a browser window?
-Can your right-click and save the jpg attachment to your hard drive? Do that, then double-click the jpg file you just saved from Windows Explorer. Does it open? What program opens the jpg file?

EDIT I forgot to ask...what type of mail account are you having the jpg attachment problem with? POP, or IMAP - Netscape Mail using the Netscape Mail and News program? Or is this a web-based mail account that you open from the Navigator window?

Also post any other information you think is relevent such as what browser you have as the default, when this problem began and what changes you made to your system recently.
