Opening IE In New window

    I know there is a way to set up windows XP so that IE opens in a new window each time. But, brain fade has caused me to forget how. Can anybody help.

    Is it Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab, uncheck "Reuse Windows for launching shortcuts "?
