I have several shortcuts on my desktop to sites on the internet. They all open in a partial window. How can I make them open to a full window?
    Windows XP Home.

The usual none specific to the OS fix, is to open one
stretch it to near maximized close any others that are open
and then either files close or most suggested press and hold
the ctrl key and hit the X umm button near the top right

this usually happens becouse some site modified the size and we surfed with it. sometimes not and the size sticks.

Let us know if it doesn't stick.

Try holding the Control (ctrl) key while dragging them to the size you want.
