    When I try to connect to compuserve i get an error message saying "this program as performed an invalid operation an will be shut down "I can dial to compuserve but not to thwe wwww.Then this message pops up.I reinstalled win 98se and compuserv. No luckPlease help

    I don't quite follow. Do you mean you can dial up and connect to Compuserv but then get an error message when you try to access a web site through your browser? Or do you mean you have two separate dialup accounts...one for Compuserv and one for another ISP?

    I'm not familiar with Compuserv...does it have it's own browser or do you use Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera or something else?
