Not sure about this if I do a online AV scan and leave my onboard AV active wouldn't I be running 2 AV's at the same time?? but if I would turn my AV off I would be exposed to Net Nasties. What is the proper way to do a online AV Scan.

You are not running 2 avs simultaneously. You are running one [memory resident] & scanning with other. Should not conflict IMHO.

Is there an online scan that works with Vista?
