Until recently I had no problems with booting this computer, usually took about a minute or less. A few days ago while attempting burn a CD, system locked up. The only way to break loose was to press the reset button. Upon subsequent re-booting, system would hang in one spot about 3 minutes and then continue booting. After that, everything seemed to work okay. This went on several times while I was trying to find out what was going on. This computer was bought new in January of this year, with windows XP installed. I decided that I would take a photo of the screen where the hang was occuring, and take it to the person who built the computer for me. I might add I also bought an Epson R300 photo printer, which had a slot on the front for a compact flash card. I removed the card from my camera and inserted it into the slot on the printer, and went to explorer to find the file so that I could print it. But, there was no longer a drive for the C/F slot. Thinking the two problems could be related, I unplugged the USB from the printer, plugged it back in. Powered off. Powered on. Computer then booted normally, and my "G" drive was recognized.

I know this is long, but might possibly help someone with similar problem.
