    Hello:

    I have MSWord97 / Win98se / Internet Explorer 6.0 / Outlook Express 6.0, and hope you could help:

    (1) Norton quarantined files that says I need to replace: SysReg.exe, kdll.VI1 & kdll.VIR. It said: "You should attempt to repair these items and return them to their original locations. But it also said it "CANNOT REPAIR THEMâ€. How to replace them?

    (2) On my Norton "SYSTEM STATUS" window, the "AutoProtect" is off, and the "Email Scanning" shows an error. Where can I find the window to restore these services? Is the "Worm blocking" function part of this "Auto Protect

    (3) On re-starting my computer after my usual defrag and scandisk, full scan, etc. a message said that I have one infected file with Trojan Horse, that it cannot be repaired and asked whether to be placed in quarantine? When I clicked "ok" to quarantine, another window said "Program not Foundâ€...

Any suggestions will be very much appreciated. Also, would anyone have the forum website for Symantec? Adela

P.S. I did look at the Security / virus forum here to see if I could find similar problems but either they weren't any, or I didn't catch them...
