On a Lan (Cat 5) Network with 10 XP, 6 Vista, and 2 Windows 7 Machines, the XP machines all loose connection to a shared folder on one of the Vista Machine? Is there a limit to how many computers can access a shared folder on a computer? Any possible solutions?

There can be a limit. You must access the Share Properties and set the quantiy of allowed users.

Personally, with that number of client machines, I would strongly recommend you look at adding a server. It makes managing the network far easier.

I tried to change the number of simotaniuse users but it will only allow 5. I only need it to be accesable to everyone but myself for another week or 2. Dose anyone know a quick fix?

Windows Vista permits up to 10 concurrent users. (If you need to share a folder with more than 10 users at once, you must use a server version of Windows.)

You'll have to create multiple shares of the same directory using different names for te share. You could share a folder called "My Files" as My Files, and create another share of the same folder and call it My Files 2, My Files 3, My Files 4, etc.

Then you'd have to use Permissions and add specific users to each share, thus all users would have access to the same data via different shares.
