Hello everyone, I've been looking for a 'self help' group for a while now, mainly because I'm fed up with paying over the odds to get relatively simple and what appear to be straightforward Windows stuff fixed.

Hopefully, in the fullness of time, I may even be able to help others.

I am not inexperienced, having dug my way through a number of well known Windows 'features' many times, all of which turned out to be challenges rather than features. I'm sure youve all had similar experiences.

Anyway, as my 'title' implies, I'm probably a bit older than most of you - just trying to keep up !
