Old Flying Game For 96

HEy all, I KNOE IT SAYS 96 MY BAD 95

trying to remember the name of a old flying game you were in small space crafts and would collect powerups and weapon upgrades which were floating in the sky

you would be fighting against other flying machines i think one maybe called a scarab looked like one....blue shell and yellow outskirt,

there was a big snake which would be spitting fire. i only played ona demo, was a windows meltdown demo disk that also had dogs, beavis and butt head and others on it

pleas help its doing my head in

 

Had a brain wave , somehow !!!!

maybe it was the lucozade but cant believe it!! i was like 12 when i played the game if that 21 now!!!
