On a daily basis I like to mess around in the Registry. I know what I do and what effects will take place. My problem, I had my computer on last night and the power went out. I have my computer configured to when there is a disruptance in power it will automatically start back up and log me on. So I clicked on my start button to play a modded game of Solitaire and my All Programs button wasn't there. How do I get this back? It is really frustrating me.

    Hi meanmarine and welcome,

If you have System Restore enabled, give it a shot at reverting the system files back to before the event.

If you don't have SR enabled:

Press the f8 key repeatedly upon startup until you receive the Windows Advanced Options menu. Select "Last known good configuration (your most recent settings that worked) " Press enter and proceed to boot up.
