Oh thanks MS!... upgraded to IE7... now, computer problems

Hi:

Just upgraded (through MS website) to IE7.

Did all the right things: closed all programs and followed installation instructions.

Now, whenever the computer starts up, I get the message: "SmartBridge Alerts: MotiveSB.exe - Entry Point Not Found. The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located int he dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL "

Heaven only knows what this "improvement" has done to my computer! Any heaven-dwellers out there, please, who can throw light on what's happened and what to do about it?
