office xp word and xcel problem

    when i try to open a word or excel document i get a message that the feature you are trying to use is on network resource that is unavailable. Click ok to try again or enter an alternate path containing the installation package
    "EUROTOOL.msp" in the box below. i have uninstalled and reinstalled office xp and this hasnt solved the problem. please help.

    I've seen the same problem posted several places and no ideas in response about the cause or a cure.

    At this point I'd suggest opening a case with Microsoft Support. They are probably your best chance to get it fixed. My guess is that this will be a no-cost support case given the circumstances.
