Office registered user name

Ok i posted trying to remove the default user entered in at windows loading. I have changed the registry files and it has worked great. The problem is these have not fixed the default user entered in when installin office 2000. These do not appear to be in the registry, can anyone point to the office folder and file to edit. The name has attached itself to the default font as it does and my VP, Jim, does not like seeing Angie on his email.
