Office...pst backup pfbackup.exe

    I use MS Outlook & use the plug in pfbackup.exe for backing up (obviously).

    after i installed th pfbackup isn't available in Outlook. When I try to re-install it it tells me it's already installed & that it must be un-installed first. But then it won't un-install it.

    It's not listed in add/remove programs. I ran a search of my PC & moved a file called PFBACKUP.EXE-035ED209.pf to a temp folder. Still no luck.

    There are no other user accounts on my PC, I've checked the MS knowledge site.
    Does anyone have any ideas?
