Office Power Point

    I received a file in Power Point. This file run automatically and shows a lot of pictures. My question is that when I open the file in Power Point all the slides are shown down the left side. I would like to pick out a few of the slides or pictures and save them. Is their an easy way to do this? Don't know a whole lot about Power Point.
    I am using Office 2003.

    Click on a slide to show it in the preview pane full size - then right click on it > Save as Picture.
