Office 2k problem

Hi, thanks for reading it!

My problem is the following: i just installed Win2k Pro and Office 2k. At the first day it was running, Office 2k worked ok. But today, I open any Office program (except Access) and it closes automatically after a few seconds, unless I open a dialog box (but it will close, when I close the dialog box).



It´s very annoying. Reinstall won´t solve the problem. I´m running as Admin.
