Hi all, I just switched from my old desktop to my laptop. the desktop is toast. so i am setting thing up and installed office 2013 on it. install went fine, but when i open any of the programs it shows me the enclosed popup. when i click on accept, it stays for a second, then the program closes completely. so i can't use it. what would do that and how can i fix this? Go to Windows updates on your PC and tell it to check for updates. It will probably see the Office 2013 and update it and may solve your problem. I had that same problem installing a MS office 2003 program that wasn't really supported anymore on my Win. 10 and it got all the security updates and it has been fine since.

That did not work, I also clicked on " View Agreement" and the same happens.
Then i clicked on "learn more" and it opened a new popup informing me that updates are automatic, and can be turned on or off. what if this is turned off, i will never get there to change it because it will not stay open after i click on agree? Capture2.PNG
