Office 2007 Product Key missing

Don't know it anyone can help me with this or not.

Son-in-law has a Toshiba Satellite Laptop running Vista Home Premium 64bit system. When he bought this over a year ago at Best Buy he had Best Buy install full, not trial, version of MS Office 2007. Presently, something has gotten glitched up and whenever anyone clicks on any Office app -- Word, Excel, whatever -- the app asks for a Product Key, which cannot be found. Best Buy installed this Office Suite, but if via separate CD, said disk or printed Product Key info cannot be found now. The Office Suite shows on the computer as fully activated, but still demands enter Product Key before Word, etc. will load and run properly.

My daughter has just got off the MS Support after nearly whole hour talking and getting shifted around through 6 or 7 different help experts, none of whom of course enjoy English as their 1st language (nor apparently as their 2nd either).

So problem defaults to me, her dad, and you good ole Windows BBS pros.

Anyone know an effective means of locating the Product Key on this Toshiba HD or possible via an ultra powerful KEY FINDER APP? Or maybe anyone here with Microsoft experience maybe even know a better MS/other tech number more useful than 1-800-Microsoft ?

Anything anyone here can do to help, answers, tips or suggestions, etc. will be much appreciated.
