I have OE6 and have a few frequent emailers that always end up in the Delete folder no matter what I do. I have checked Block Senders (no, I had not messed up there) and I have created numerous Mail rules. The first message rule is who to accept right away and I have all of their names in the list but they are still sent to Delete. Even the emails from our shared office domain name go to Delete. Any suggestions??

    Thanks, Lar

    Since you said: "Any "

Might consider zapping ALL rules and see that fixes it. If so, add rules back a few at a time.

Thanks Steve, but I didn't mean THAT "any "!! :D

That is pretty severe as I have many entries accrued over many years in some of those rules. Is there any way to export and then re-import these rules so one could test the waters with new rules (or with no rules), then put them back one by one in order to find the culprit?

I agree with Steve. There has to be a rule that is doing this.
