OE won't start after inactivity

    After a pause long enough for my monitor to turn itself off, OE won't start without my logging on a Web siite first (either with NS 7.0 or IE 6 ) . How can I cure this delay?. I use a cable modem and I have disabled the old 56K modem built in the machine.

    I've now discovered the cause. In ZONE ALARM if the 'automatic lock' is disabled everytfhing returns to nmormal
