OE sends email with 'private info' in spite of NIS being present

Hi,
An odd thing occurred - I discovered that OE will send e-mails containing 'Private information' - i.e. it will send items specifically identified for *blocking* in the Privacy Control of NIS (2004 with all live updates). Not sure if this is best place to post or not - if not - excuse me! I should add that NIS *does indeed* block attempts to enter any of my specified private info when entered through web forms or messenger services... The 'only' thing that's different now is that I used to be on a dial-up connection, but now I use broadband. Oh yes - Win XP pro + SP2 + all updates...
Any ideas anyone, and thanks in advance!
