We are traveling in our RV. Most RV parks advertise WiFi. At some, I can both send and receive via my usual Outlook Express. Where I am now, I can receive, but cannot send emails via OE. Any suggestions?

(The local people never have the right answers). I have much consulting work to do, and cannot send! Help!

Easiest thing to do is get a web based email that you can use anywhere.
    (yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc)

To use Outlook Express you need to change your SMTP setting to match the ISP settings for the location your at, at the time you check your mail. As you have seen many ISP's won't let you use the settings from your home ISP to send mail...It's called spoofing...
