I periodically get that message because of my ISP...like about 3 pm when all the kids get home from school and fire up their computers... It will correct itself sooner or later.

Now and then I need to go to the mailserver's website and delete some polluted email that's clogging up the works, usually a "body enhancement spam ", or that PayPal virus that the server knows not to transfer, and OE knows not to accept.

When you are sure all your settings are correct, give your ISP a call. They can reset it, if necessary.

ISP was reset and powered down the modem and PC. Since booting back up I'm operational. Shall we say issue resolved, case closed? Thanks for the replies.
