OE Asks what format to send mail everytime

I have OE 6 with WinXP. I have checked RichText in the mail options and under the Format tab, but still everytime I send a message using stationery, the program asks me what format I want to send the message and I have to click on Rich text or plain text to make the pop up go away. How can I get rid of this as it is very annoying and has only been doing it for a month or so. Thanks in advance.

Sorry you never got any help with this. I can only suggest that you repair Outlook Express. Maybe bumping it back up will catch someone's eye that has another suggestion.
