OE and mailto URLs: extra CR with body parameter

Outllook Express 6 is my e-mail client.

I created the following mailto URL as a Favorite:

mailto:?subject=Spam report&body=Here is a copy of the spam I received on ICQ...

When I launch it, everything is OK, except in the body, there's a carriage return inserted before the body text I set in the URL.

Does this happen with anyone else? Is it just with OE? If not, what can I do to remove this unwanted CR?

 

I believe that this is just part of OE. When I used similar messages the same thing occurs.
