I have a customer who needs to view her files by DATE MODIFIED. I tell her on the phone that she can do this by going to My Documents(the folder she saves everything in) and click on VIEWS and chose DETAILS. She proceeds to tell me that everything is blank in the details view. So I then tell her to try another view. She tries LIST. There are all of her files, but in LIST view. HELP ME... I can not figure this one out. Is there a .dll file mising? IS there a quick fix to this?

    Thanks,

    Jerry

Your coloums may be out of whack, see if this helps:
Left click in the Explorer's right panel. Press Control and the plus
(+) in the numeric keypad (right side of keyboard). If this doesn't
    work, read this article:

Windows Explorer Does Not Display Item's Contents in Right Pane
