O2k3 Auto-deleting Messages

New Member here. The site seems to a real goldmine of information so far.

Here's my problem:
We have several random clients whose Outlook 2k3 client is auto-deleting mail from thier inbox and pst files. You can actually watch the number of items increase in the Deleted Items folders as it happens.

We use a globally distributed .prf file, but it is not happening on all clients. On the clients it is happening to, the symptoms are exactly the same. Systems are all XP Pro SP2, Office 2k3 Pro. Auto-Archiving is not available on the Tools|Options|Other tab.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No luck Right Clicking on a folder and selecting the properties. There is no Archive tab or button available. No Archive files found either.
