    Are there any advantages to installing the Windows software update released in June 2009? Are there any disadvantages? Using Windows Vista Home Premium and the display card seems to be working just fine as is.

    I never recommend getting driver updates from Microsoft. They seem problematic more often than not. If you want to update drivers, get them from the card's manufacturer; in this case, NVidia.

    I also recommend that as along as everything is working to your satisfaction and you don't need any new features that may be included in newer drivers, leave well enough alone.
